Do you have an account?
Checked Off is made by 321 Oak Inc. An account is optional. You only need one to buy Checked Off Plus, or to turn on sync between devices. If you never created an account, there is nothing to delete here.
Delete it in the app
In Checked Off, open the Account screen and choose the delete option. The Account screen is part of versions of the app that include accounts.
Or ask us by email
If you cannot open the app, or would rather not, email support@321oak.com from the email address on your account. Use the subject Delete my Checked Off account. We will confirm by email once your account has been deleted.
What is deleted
- Your Checked Off account record
- The email address on your account
- The sign-in link between your account and your Google or Apple account
- If you use sync, the encrypted copy of your data that we store so your devices can stay in step

Plus subscriptions
Cancelling a Checked Off Plus subscription is separate, and you do it in Google Play. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
